According to their main functions and usage properties, pliers can be divided into clamping pliers, wire pliers, wire stripping pliers, pipe pliers, etc.

① The use of pliers is operated with the right hand. Turn the jaws inward for easy control of the cutting area. Use your little finger to extend between the two pliers handles to press against them and open the pliers head. This way, the pliers handles can be separated flexibly.

② The cutting edge of pliers can be used to cut the rubber or plastic insulation layer of soft wires.

③ The cutting edge of pliers can also be used to cut wires and iron wires. When cutting galvanized iron wire No. 8, use a blade to cut back and forth around the surface a few times, and then gently twist it to break the wire.

④ The cutting edge can also be used to cut harder metal wires such as wires and steel wires.

⑤ The insulated plastic tube of the pliers has a voltage resistance of over 500V, and with it, it can cut wires with electricity. Do not litter during use to avoid damaging the insulated plastic pipe.

⑥ Do not use pliers as hammers.

⑦ Do not use pliers to cut double stranded live wires, as it may cause a short circuit.

⑧ When using pliers to wrap the clamp and fix the cable, clamp the wire with the pliers teeth and wrap it clockwise.
