Laser projector, also known as laser marking instrument or laser level, is a type of measuring instrument made by installing and fixing a laser device on the telescope tube of a regular level. During use, the laser projector generates a laser beam, which passes through a prism guiding system to form a laser surface and project horizontal and vertical laser lines, achieving the purpose of measurement.
1: Preparation work
Before using a laser projector, it is necessary to carefully check whether it is in good condition, fully charge the battery of the laser projector, and correctly install the battery. After ensuring that the instrument is functioning properly, the laser projector can be used.
2: Instrument leveling
Leveling of measuring instruments is an important step in obtaining accurate engineering data. The same goes for using a laser projector. Firstly, open and secure the three brackets of the laser projector. Then, by adjusting the bracket expansion joint, perform rough leveling. Afterwards, after rough leveling, accurate leveling is performed by adjusting the knob to make the top water bubble of the laser projector stay inside the line. It is worth mentioning that some laser line projectors have automatic leveling function.
3: Connect and turn on the power
The basis for the laser projector to emit laser is electrical energy, so after leveling, the power supply should be connected first, and then the power switch should be turned on. After the laser can emit normally, conditions need to be gradually adjusted Operating current to ensure a relatively strong laser output- In general, the working current is quite good at around 5mA.
4: Measurement
This step is mainly achieved by adjusting the focusing screw of the mirror tube until the target "ten" is clear. It is necessary to say that the measurement data of the laser projector is read and recorded by the ruler holder.
