Safety precautions

1. Before starting the cleaning operation, it is necessary to wear necessary protective clothing, goggles, gloves, and masks according to the instructions.

2. Check if the electrical connectors of the equipment are in normal working condition to avoid leakage and short circuit situations.

3. Check whether the high-pressure hose is damaged or cracked to avoid leakage.

4. During the use of the equipment, avoid touching the high-pressure nozzle with your hands, feet, or any part of your body; Do not aim the water gun at yourself or others.

5. Before disconnecting the high-pressure hose connection, make sure that the pressure inside the cleaning machine is released first.

6. Never let the equipment operate without supervision to avoid prolonged operation.

7. The work area should adopt fully enclosed measures, set up guardrails outside, and strictly prohibit non operators from entering the work area.

8. Due to water splashing in the work area and slippery ground, it is necessary to promptly remove the grease from the site.

9. A sturdy operating platform must be set up during high-altitude operations.

10. When the operating environment is narrow and affects the correct operating posture of the operator, special operation plans and safety protection measures should be formulated.

11. Two or more operators must be present during each assignment.

12. The operator should make sufficient preparations before the operation and arrange the specific operation process.

Operating procedures

1. Before use, the high-pressure hose that is wrapped or twisted should be released to avoid any hard objects pressing on the hose.

2. Confirm that the water source is normal.

3. First, inject 250ml of water into the suction pipe and connect it to a water bucket or tap (water source).

4. Plug in the power and start the machine.

5. Discharge water from the outlet pipe and turn off the machine.

6. Connect the water outlet pipe to the water gun, start the machine and align the water gun with the equipment to be cleaned. Rotate the black regulating valve left and right to adjust the water pressure. After use, turn off the machine, unplug the power cord, and close the inlet and outlet pipes.
